The PvP frontline that we are considering for the usual OHKO strikers are:

Double assist frontlines
Assist - Elaine frontlines
Assist - Veronica/Linmay frontlines

The current PvP meta that is being considered, is long matches with active/passive heals etc.

For PvE, the best unique for all strikers is Sharr of Balmung (SoB), excluding perhaps the cheese strikers (ravian/bora)

So if your 6* player cannot equip SoB, you can drop his rating by one grade (for example A+ > A).

Rating is based on what the defender can bring to the team or a specific line and her ability to steal.

It will take some time for me to review Hercules EE, Shura, Evylin.

Will need to see them in action first with various strategy/stones before giving them their latest/new grade/rating.

Currently, not many ppl are actually using them which makes it an issue to give them an accurate rating.

Magnus despite getting a slight buff, does not justify for him to move to S rating.

Took a long time to update since many of us were pre-occupied with Colosseum of Trial (CoT)

* Angela (ardor gk) ratings still under revision; yet to see any in action
* Rudiel ratings revised upwards from A- to A+ after seeing it in action; rudiel is also an infinite player for WW.
* Added Edward to the player tier list (just realized he was not in it)
* Revised Sue ratings downwards from S- to A+; was slightly overrated earlier; might be revised again in future

Related balancing characters from last patch: Roina(Ardor), Sue(Ardor), ZXXV Edward(Thunder), Jury(Thunder), EA43 Haru(Thunder), Hercules(Light), Orses(Dark), Ravian(Dark), Jeunese(Dark)

*Ratings Changes:

Sue, Edward, Haru, Hercules, Orses ratings unchanged since most of them have HP damage in their active and not passive except Hercules whose HP damage aint his main highlight.

Roina (A to B) since HP damage was her main highlight

Ravian (A+ to B+) HP damage works like this now >> 20%, 14%, 8%, 5%, 3%, 2% 2%; cumulative damage >> 20%, 34%, 42%, 47%, 50%, 52%, 54%
That is a drop from 60% hp damage on 3rd shot down to 42% damage on 3rd shot.
With this change, many weaker ravians need a 3rd shot in PvP to kill enemy gk compared to 2 in the past.
PvE wise, Ravian who used to be able to kill certain HP healing gk with consistent 20% HP damage is now unable to.
Hence, ravian is unable to do more PvE matches now.

Jury (S- to A+) HP damage works like this now >> 15% 10.5% 6% 3.75% 2.2% 1.5% 1.5%; cumulative damage >> 15%, 25,5%, 31.5%, 35.25%, 37.45%, 38.95% and so on...
Its no longer unlimited 15% damage to enemy line.
Jury basically work for like only 2 procs now.
We were unwilling to drop her ratings further because she still has high reflexes, good damage crit resist with stones, and is still good in PvP to a huge extent as a CM; might be revised again in future;

New Extreme Evolutions:

Princess Meiran (Ratings: A > A+)

Meiran was originally OP in PvP and been slated in the plans to get an increase in ratings;
With her EE and stats increase, she deservingly got her ratings increased.

Robin (Goalkeeper Ratings: C/C > A/A-)

Robin ratings mainly comes from comparison with Nute.
Robin has more HP but less damage reduction & critical resistance;

In PvP, his attack power / striker critical damage debuff totem compensate for his weaknesses compared to nute
In PvE, higher HP is more desirable and his critical resistance is more than enough to deal with the current PvE meta.

Buffs/Nerfs: Kevin/Jeunese

Their ratings are still under revision; kevin/jeunese are mainly used to complement the infinite players to reach 90% ab.

Of course they have their other purposes but their ratings will be largely affected by how the infinite players perform after the nerf.

New Players: Sky/Death Queen

Sky (new assist) ratings under revisions.

Death queen is mainly a damage reduction totem which also provides pass effect debuffs.

She can equip an IC for PvP purposes and her active steal spirits and lower reflexes on steal active.

Her last passive is for ardor only. However, her own reflexes aint awesome due to lack of EE.

A+ rating for mono ardor/ardor hybrid

Thanks for the feedback.

We have removed Raklet entirely from the defender list.

Because no one uses raklet as defender at endgame PvP anymore.

Only gk who are used in other positions in endgame PvP will be included in the defender list.

Our list has its own flaws and might have accidentally excluded certain players.

Someone might have accidentally deleted nikita while modifying the list.

Anyway, thanks for your help. We have added Nikita back into the list.

I will explain a little on Nikita rating.

Nikita is very very strong ballholder. She is mainly used to hold the ball at CM or at the back.

However, she brings nothing to mono thunder so she can be considered a player for any element.

Her stats and reflexes are also low, because of the lack of EE but she has high CA resist.

She brings HP/speed totem to the line etc. And she is also a ballholder.

Her high damage reduction and ca resist, means nothing if enemy is faster and has high penetration power.

Enemy can damage kill her etc.

Asakura (Ratings: B+ > B+)

The skill change was just LOL. Asakura skills are still BS. The worst season 2 player ever.

New Players:

Duran (WW S2 Legendary Player > S- Rating)

Touted to be the Ultimate Backline Totem;

However, the key feature of Duran is his penetration power debuff totem.

This is the first penetration power debuff totem that we have seen & you can expect the new future penetration power debuff meta incoming.

Robin has the first critical damage debuff totem. Duran the 2nd.

So it might be critical damage debuff meta, followed by penetration power debuff meta.

Balancing:

Kevin/Jeunese kept their ratings unchanged. Quick start is still very much needed for infinite.

Sky/Angela ratings still under revision.

Instead increase inflicted damage to enemy line by 15% with a pass/penetration;

Hence can affect multiple lines when breaking the lines

15% line defense reduction totem too

Better critical rate and reflexes now

New Players:

Freyja (Thunder Healer > A- Ratings)

Gives 25% speed/defense line totem

Gives up to 40% attack power/CA resist line totem

Decent self HP/reflexes

However, these are not what a goalkeeper needs for his backline totem; both PvE and PvP.

HP, damage reduction or critical resistance are the preferred backline totems.

Yeon (Ardor Legendary Boss > A+ Ratings)

Provides 15% team attack power totem

~~Provides 60% team pass effect and critical rate totem~~

Useful in CoT but lack of skills that makes own self stronger; mainly a team totem

Balancing:

Ravian got a skill revamp. That made her stronger in PvP now, back to where she was originally before % HP damage mechanics nerf.

She is more likely to 2HKO enemy GK now with increased attack power on active (0.5 spirit; 2 min cd) and 20% more inflicted damage.

PvE wise, Ravian damage dropped but not sufficient enough to push her down to a B rating.

Ravian ratings (PvE unchanged / PvP: A > A+)

Hercules got an increase to his % HP damage from 10% to 20% with a penetration.

This is still affected by % HP mechanics nerf. So it doesn't really make him better and its only on penetration.

Hercules ratings (A- > A-) unchanged.
