Hello fellow players,
It may seem out of place for me to ask you advice since I still lack a lot of resources. I do not have unique stones and I only have Jin as my legendary card... That being said, any opinion regarding my team would still greatly benefit me. I thank you in advance for giving your time to read this thread :)

Thanks to previous recommendations on this forum, my current team looks like this:

White Tiger - Vero - Hiro (ace)
Vivid Fear - Lia - Eden

Jin - Miho - Kiki - Virgil

Kei

For more info on the team,
White Tiger 5spu
Hiro +113, 4spu
Eden 3spu
Lia 1spu, +6
Virgil 1spu
Kei +34, 3spu

*yes, I know it is quite lackluster...

I am rank 61 and my CoD is 26 (But I haven't tried for a while because my cost is limiting my team build). My TA is 7703.

I have been suggested to build a team involving Alice - Neraizel - Virgil. I will work on that once I find Alice. I am also aware that I was recommended to have Silla-Luka at front. I also I need to scout many other players such as Sammy, Nerua and Magnus.

Here are all my players:

Ardor: Lia, Jean
WW: Vivid Fear, Elizabeth, Neraizel, Jin, Kiki, Miho, White Tiger, Kirin
Thunder: Hilde, Vero, Eden, Cynthia, Haru
Light: Hiro, Kei, Virgil, Black Ivy, Milky, Muspel, Mikael, Latios
Dark: Malcolm, Zibroi, Lilith, Dale, Lynbell, Gerrard, Valkia

I just scouted Kevin. I know he is supposed to be a must-have one. I have 4578 GP. But I lack many important players like Silla,Luka, Nerua, Magnus...
Do I scout him?

To tell you the truth, I feel hesitant about how I should proceed from here. I think I am just unconfident about my team and I needed some sort of reassurance that I am proceeding towards the right direction.

The PvP meta changes as time passes. Planning too far ahead does not help.
At rank 61, you should start from the basics. Hence, we should work on your GK, striker and assist first.

Now, let's look at your GK. Kei, is bad in PvE.
The best PvP GK now are BT and Angela but they are not that good in PvE too.
Best PvE GK are still Isillia, Lucian and maybe Zibroi.
Lucian and Isillia are not that far behind BT/Angela in PvP.
Therefore, you should start building Lucian/Isillia and max your GK first.

Finish up your striker GK and assist fspu +160.
By that time, the PvP meta would have changed and it will be better to come back for more advice at that time.

You will never know when those important players are going to appear on your scout. Maybe never.

As for your PvP team, alice - neraizel - virgil, it doesn't allow you to CA enemy backlines because its a debuff mid. 2nd, it doesn't buff neraizel damage so she cannot kill-steal people who try to penetrate her.

As what Mugi has said, now is not the time to worry about PvP. Get your striker, GK and assist maxed first. Also get the right GK maxed is important.
Kei is outdated and weak in PvE. You should build someone better, as recommended by Mugi

You are right; I was putting my priorities too far ahead. I will first try and get GK Lucian or Isillia to replace Kei!
Moreover, I really should look for an assist asap. Obviously, Baltheon would be the best assist but he is practically unattainable for me. Is Silla-Luka combo still good even after the nerf? Or since I have Vero already, should I find Linmay-Vero?

as for striker, I know Hiro is only decent for PvE. But I read that he is still good for PvP. Vonchi is probably very good but he is legendary haha. Is keeping Hiro too outdated?

The old days of having a standard frontline are gone.
Luka Silla combo is decent and still usable until you get further, then you can consider changing one of them to Elaine or Shura.
Most people do not use veronica in frontline unless it is thunder frontline with nerua ace.

Hiro is bad for PvE and decent for PvP.
You can refer to the latest discussion on striker which is still relevant to a huge extent (before Shanti EE, so the part about shanti is no longer accurate).
