Hello all, we will be doing a major revamp of the strikers' tier ratings.
Our goal is to revise the strikers' tier ratings to reflect the current PvP & PvE meta, as accurately as possible.
In the process, we will explain our rationales and the current PvP & PvE environment surrounding the revised strikers ratings.
First, we will revise the PvE striker ratings.
Old/Previous Ratings:
Our PvE ratings are mainly based on Colosseum of Despair (CoD) & it will be staying that way.
This is because there is no size fit all striker that is used to clear all Colosseum of Trials (CoT).
For other PvE content, bosses etc, most strikers are equally capable of dealing with most of them.
So our PvE striker ratings will be based on the striker capabilities with regard to CoD.
Revised New Strikers Ratings For PvE (CoD)
Most of what is needed to be explained, is explained in the comments section already.
Sharr is the lone top striker because OHKO gives the most score for CoD ranking purposes.
As observed, beatrice, hiro, vitos are placed at & given the same ratings.
Kirin, starts to fade off at the last few CoD floors when GK heals for enormous amount.
Latios heal does not help killing enemy GK. Survival is not an issue in CoD. The main goal is killing enemy GK.
Before revising strikers PvP ratings, its good to understand how the PvP environment has changed.
Hence, we will be classifying strikers ratings based on their ideal critical rate, penetration power & AB recovery which is the key for 1v1 shots.
Revised New Strikers Ratings for PvP
First of all, one can reach PvP Galaxy League Tier with ease by using any striker with ratings A+ or higher.
Second, we have to talk about the front-lines considered.
Thirdly, the ratings are based on the new PvP meta >> Long matches + AB recovery with healer/beth active
This is also why AB recovery strikers are given higher PvP ratings because AB recovery gives them better chances to 1v1 enemy GK.
*Metatron buff reduces the chances for 1v1 GK since metatron now revives whole team.
So overall, the ratings proportion still focuses on high critical rate. AB recovery helps to get another turn even if not 1v1 enemy GK.
*From the new ratings, we can actually see a diamond-shaped striker population forming.
This actually means Bigball has done a good job at balancing the strikers with an OP striker at the top as usual.
In the past, it was William, now it is Vonchi.
Lastly, we would like to discuss about the weaknesses of utility strikers and why they do not get the top PvP ratings.
Ravian - Serestia/Alice strategy >> Weak against CA resist backline
Kirin >> Weak when you killed everyone and only GK left >> weak against strong backline defenders that your stealer cant kill
Latios >> If match stalls till 45th minute, latios team usually lose due to score. But most of the times, latios can kill enemy GK before 45th min.
Conclusion
At the end of the day, the top PvP ratings go to high damage, high crit rate, fast and good AB recovery strikers for long matches.
Vonchi, deserves the S rating, because he has all the above and steals for incredible damage.

Matches usually ends before 10th minute.
March 2016 > Penetration Power nerfed > No longer affect defense > Co-op introduced > PvP heal nerf down to 50%, from 75%.
Matches can last up to 20th minute, but most GK can be killed within 3 shots.
June 2016 > Luka - Silla cancer front nerfed > Up to 30% penetration power nerf to all strikers
Matches can last very long, possibly past 20th minute. Winning usually requires taking 1v1 shots with enemy GK.
For 1v2 shots, most OHKO strikers requires 3 or more shots, especially after a heal active is proc.
- OHKO strikers with penetration power from skills/ideal stones set
- Leventor, Shanti, Beatrice, Griffith, Lucid, Vonchi (from skills)
- Vitos, Hiro (from ideal stones)
Only strikers that come with penetration power can go up to >90% penetration power with Luka - Silla.
Penetration power is necessary to deal high damage against GK with high damage reduction.
- Leventor, Shanti, Beatrice, Griffith, Lucid, Vonchi (from skills)
- OHKO strikers based on comparison of critical rate
- Leventor, William (Legends)
- Hiro, Lucid, Shanti, Vonchi (WoM strikers)
- These are the strikers that have critical rate above the pack.
Overall, WoM strikers are rated higher because they can reach up to 300% critical rate on normal shots.
Leventor & William only reach 300% critical rate on active shots but they do not require WoM stacks that are lost on death.

- WoM strikers / AB recovery strikers
- Hiro, Lucid, Shanti, Vonchi, Latios, Uriel
This are the strikers that are usually more likely to go 1v1 with enemy GK
- Hiro, Lucid, Shanti, Vonchi, Latios, Uriel
- Top Utility strikers
- Kirin, Latios, Ravian, each with their own specialty PvP strategy.
Utility strikers will not get the highest ratings because each of them has their own weaknesses.
