[Guide] Manager Dispatch & The Managers to Scout For™
(Updated March 2019)
I understand the most new players (F2P/P2P) wonder when & which dispatch managers to scout for, so that they don't waste extra GP on unnecessary managers. (*All listed at the bottom of the guide)
And also which dispatch missions to go for and which to skip.
And how actually does the manager dispatch system works (maths etc)?
These questions will be discussed in this thread.
*Note: Scouting for all dispatch managers of the different dispatch abilities is recommended only for endgame, advanced players; please scout your endgame managers first, in the other guide before proceeding onto scouting all dispatch managers;

I'll be updating it soon, discussing about the newly added managers & MANAGER DECK SLOTS management.

I'll be updating it soon, discussing about the newly added managers & MANAGER DECK SLOTS management.
How does the Manager Dispatch System works?
The Basics
- There are 3 types of manager dispatch missions: Bronze, Silver, Gold.
What's the difference? The difference is in the base success rate.
The higher the rarity of the mission, the 'better' the rewards, the higher the exp given and the longer the mission time.Whether if the rewards are better, it really depends on what you want.
For example, a fairy box might be useful for the new player who needs it for evolution but useless for endgame player with most fairies at max;
You can check out all the missions here: soccerspirits.wikia.com/wiki/Manager_Dispatch - There is a random chance to complete any mission with a BIG SUCCESS, granting additional gold.
- Each mission has either 1 or 2 manager dispatch ability requirement.
You can only satisfy each requirement once; it does not stack.
1st example, a mission with only one requirement (Luck), if you put 2 managers with luck dispatch abilities, it only COUNT once.
This means that it is harder to complete missions with only one requirement since you do not get the bonus success rate from fulfilling 2nd requirement.
The same goes for mission with 2 requirements (Eye, Logic); you will only satisfy Eye once even if you dispatch 2 managers with Eye. - The chances of getting a higher rarity mission will increase as you complete more lower rarity missions.
- Up to 4 missions can be done at once;
- You can reset the mission dispatch list once a day; ongoing and completed missions won't reset.
The Maths
Two Observations:
- 5 stars managers which can be leveled to 50 will provide a higher addition of success rate than 4 stars managers which can only be leveled to 40.
Therefore, you will always want to scout 5 star managers for a particular manager dispatch ability instead of 4* managers. - For bronze missions, you can attain 100% success rate without fulfilling both symbols requirements, due to 30% base success rate;
Hence, it is useful to use bronze missions to level managers up;
Tips to follow:
- Do not always try to go for 100% success rate, for missions unless it is silver mission rarity and above, with good rewards.
Bronze/Silver missions do not necessarily need 100% success rate;
>90% success rate is more than good enough;
Why am I telling you this?
Many people go for 100% success rate, focusing on fulfilling mission requirements only; there is nothing wrong with this BUT
Higher rarity missions may have requirements that are not found or are rare in bronze missions;
Hence, you will want to make use of lower rarity missions to level up all your managers with different dispatch abilities to level 50 instead;
Personally, I've seen players who played longer than me but their dispatch managers are generally lower leveled than mine. - Scouting dispatch manager is only for endgame, advanced players;
However, the top 3 managers highlighted in yellow, in the tables below, are generally recommended to scout for, even if you are an intermediate player (Rank 100~140).
Those managers will be useful to you throughout the stages of your gameplay. - Only one copy of each dispatch manager is needed;
Managers' superbs doesn't help to increase success rate of missions; Always skip the managers' boxes dispatch missions, those 2*~4* manager box, even 3*~4* manager box.*Outdated with 26th Feb 2019 Mid-Sized Patch changes which removed 2* managers from dispatch missions
Reason being, chances are that you will get the useless 2* managers and for 3*~4* manager box, you will get 3* manager.
Wasting a lot of time and effort for useless stuff, compared to other dispatch missions which guarantees better gold/GP.
Personally, I only do the silver manager box mission that says "4* manager box" only;
Now you can basically count 3*~4* manager box missions as 9 GP worth and compare them to other missions;
Choose based on lower mission time relative to reward value, if you want;
For me, now I just do whichever gp/gold/manager box mission that are available that are non-penguins/non-elementals rewards;- When doing silver rarity missions and above, with good rewards, always try to send out your best managers, for the highest success rate possible.
Maximum 96% success rate for silver 3 mission and maximum 86% success rate for gold missions.
