Mono Ardor Team Questions

It's about right that you are stuck in platinum if you are running mono ardor.
As mentioned, mono ardor faces an uphill task beating dark, thunder and has an equal chance against light.
It has an equal chance against mono ardor (itself) too and only wins against WW but that's angela GK.

With so much losses, unless your mono ardor is very well invested, like 14.5k~16k TA, it's hard to make it to Champions/Galaxy.
Lucian is a weak PvP gk that cannot take many shots. Probably 2~4 shots max and you are dead.
Sometimes Lucian cannot take even 1 shot and dies to OHKO.

You have pretty much the standard mono ardor team.
What you want to know is how to win more and climb easier.
Let me explain to you why you are mono ardor but not doing well.

Look at your ace. The whole idea of starburst is to have a mono ace and burst from the ace.
But your team uses Elaine ace.
It is as if you are running a mono ardor team before STARBURST which sucks.
Therefore, you need to learn what is STARBURST and how to benefit from it.
Find a mono ardor starburst ace to SYNERGIZE with your team and BURST to Galaxy.

Go test it out and see which ace suits you the most :)

*Now you know, its not about the players but its about the ace to STARBURST from.
Many new players made the same mistake of building MONO teams but uses hybrid ace or unable to find a good starburst ace.
This is what differentiates a galaxy mono team with an average mono team.

everyone knows mono ardor before starburst sucked and using elaine ace with mono ardor now changes nothing. mono ardor still sucks.

GK :
Should I still switch to Angela after her nerf ?
I did expect Durangela pvp meta to get nerfed much sooner that's why I never really tried to switch to Angela.
With her nerf + No duran DR + No Silla Ace, I have been wondering if it still worth to switch to Angela...

Yes, angela is best ardor GK at this point in time, so switch to her if you are going mono ardor

Assist :
Is Renee better than Nari now ?
I used to think that Nari had a better pass / Spirit generation for Sharr. Is Renee actually a more suited assist for Sharr ? (I don't recall facing any Nari assist in my leagues for mono Ardor team...)

Renee is season 2 assist, so she has to be better but now its all new star and classic so people doesn't know about the seasons. lets put it another way, renee was released later and players released latter are expected to be better than players earlier so ppl have sth new to invest in.


CM :
Is Kyosuke better than Lia as a CM ? I have yet to draw a Kyosuke but if I ever get him, should I replace my Lia for him ?

Both suck the same way against Metatron, dont bother.

Backline :
I agree that my backline is the real issue they all are pretty much "fresh" and that I were not able to feed them any Littre/Belz or Equip them with Uniques. (Fun facts : I have 4 spare PoL uniques......yeah, that's called "luck") but I did expect to perform better than early plat league...

I were wondering if I should replace my Yuri by Tyler or Erica because my backline just suicide on ennemies' frontline...

This shouldn't be the case because Yuri and Death queen already gave your backline so much damage buff. You probably died to CA so either get your CA resist up or reflex up, depending on the players
