This guide is for everyone that does not want to PAY to play this game.
You can grind everything the hard way and this guide tells you how to do it.
"If You Cannot Afford The Time Nor The $$$, Its About Time to Quit the Game" - Mime, 2015
When you play this game, there are 4 aspects to the game that you need to work at:
- Common Mistakes that F2P makes
- Farming Gold & GP for Various Purposes
- Getting the players that you want
- Perfecting the player that you get
- Equipping them with the ideal stones at +15 power level with the best sub stats
Common Mistakes that F2P make:
- Over-leveling
- For F2P, farming GP is one of the more consistent way to get 5* player.
To be able to farm GP from arena effectively, you do not want to level too fast.
This is because opponents in arena are based near your rank and the lower your rank, the weaker the opponents.
You want to meet weak opponents so that you can maintain your arena streak for maximum farming effectiveness. - People usually over-level by farming rivals, doing Saturday Experience match etc. This is not recommended.
- For F2P, farming GP is one of the more consistent way to get 5* player.
- Spending GP on unnecessarily items. Please refer to the GP guide stated below.
Farming Gold & GP:
F2P
- Please refer to the guide: $$ The Guide To Making Gold & Gold Management $$ (Click to Enter)
- Please refer to the guide: $$ The Guide To Making GP & GP Management $$
P2P
- Purchase gold directly
- Purchase 6* Penguin / Swirly matches and do them for gold
- Purchase Crystals and do draws for GP
Getting the players that you want
F2P:
- This game offers F2Ps the chance to compete with P2P (Pay to Play) players with the scout option.
You can farm GP to scout the players that you want from the scouts where GP is farmable. - Please refer to the guide: $$ The Guide To Making GP & GP Management $$
- You can also farm limited crystals from story mode, achievements, daily logins, CoD, PvP League rewards.
This can be used for player draws. But it will run out eventually or you get limited crystals every week etc. - The same goes for dimension stones. You can farm limited dimension stones through completing player chains.
Please read the guide: Guide to the Player Chains System™
P2P:
- Purchase dimension stones, and use the dimension stones to purchase the player that they want from dimension shop
- Purchase crystals and do crystals draw in hope for players that they want and dupes for superbs.
Perfecting the player that you get
To perfect your player will mean to level them, special train them, plus them and max superb them.
Leveling your players (F2P):
- You can farm free penguins at selected penguin hours that gives good experience to your players
- Please refer to the guide: #Penguins For Dummies & Their Appearance Schedule (EST, CST)
- You can use kumas from achievements, daily logins, CoD gatekeeper champions etc.
Leveling your players (P2P):
- Purchase 6* Penguin matches from the shop
Special Training your players (F2P):
- Before the August Summer Patch, special training of 5* players is done by farming Elizabeths from CoD and use them for special training.
- After the August Summer Patch, the requirements for special training materials to be level 50 is removed.
You can special train now with level 1 players. Only the player that is being special trained needs to be at max level. - Farm penguins and special train 2* players all the way to 5* to be used for special training of your 5* players
- Use your unused 4* players for special training to 5* also.
Special Training your players (P2P):
- Purchase crystals, do player draws for 5* players to be used as Special Training Materials.
Plussing your players (F2P)
- Farm weekend swirly matches for swirlies to plus your players
- Scout Beelzebubs, Blackhole swirlies for plussing or get them from seasonal achievements, daily login boxes etc.
Plussing your players (P2P)
- Purchase swirly matches from shop
- Purchase ST refill to do weekend swirlies matches.
Superbing your players (F2P)
- This can be done either via using littres or scouting dupes.
- Littres / GP for dupes are very limited for F2P players.
- Hence, the emphasis is more on using them on the right players.
Because if you invest them on the wrong players, it will take a long while for you to do the same for another player.
Superbing your players (P2P)
- Purchase crystals, do player draws for dupes.
- Purchase dimension stones, get littres and player dupes from dimension shop.
Getting and Perfecting your Spirit Stones
F2P
- Get to rank 100, complete challenge mode for uniques.
- Farm gold, combine stones for 6* rares, uniques, and to plus your stones to +15.
