> (Ace) Defiant Adviser II: Increases both the critical rate and critical resistance of both Whirlwind and Thunder players by 20%.
> (Active) Harmony of the Elemental II: [Target] Increases the attack power by 40% of the designated ally within the position for 20 min.
> (Passive 1) A Wise Man's Advice: Increases the critical damage by 10% and reflexes by 10% of the allies within the position for 5 min with an action. (Accumulated up to 3 times)
> (Passive 2) Charging Roar: Increases the receiving pass effect by 20% and critical rate by 20% of the allies within the position.
> (Passive 3) Rebirth of the Elemental II: Decreases the incoming damage by 40% and increases the action speed by 25% for 5 min when being attacked.
● Extreme Evolution Erica (Ardor) has been added.

- The Active Skill name has been unified as ""Moonlight Star.""
- The Passive Skill ""Mindset"" will be changed to ""Starlight Illusion"" at Extreme Evolution. (Lv. 5)
> Mindset: Increases the pass effect by 40% and decreases the inflicted damage by 10%.
> Starlight Illusion: Increases the pass effect by 40% and reflexes by 30%, and decreases the incoming damage by 30%.
● Extreme Evolution MX54 Butcher (Thunder) has been added.

- The Ace Skill name has been unified as ""Protection of Electricity.""
- The Active Skill name has been unified as ""Strong Bomber.""
- The Passive Skill ""Steel Heart"" will be changed to ""Recharge Electricity."" (Lv. 5)
> Steel Heart: Increases recovery power by 150%.
> Recharge Electricity: Recovers the HP of the allies within the position by 15% with an attack.
- The Passive Skill ""Crack"" will be changed to ""Rift of the Destroyer"" at Extreme Evolution. (Lv. 5)
> Crack: Increases penetration power by 40%.
> Rift of the Destroyer: Increases the penetration by 40%, critical rate by 40%, and action speed by 20%.
※ These changes will buff MX54 Butcher (Thunder), but do not fall under clause 2-3 of the Character Recall Policy. Therefore, MX54 Butcher (Thunder) will not be subject to a recall.
● Extreme Evolution Irru (Whirlwind) has been added.

> Punishment of the Dragon King: Decreases the critical resistance by 12% and increases the inflicted damage by 12% of the enemies within the position for 8 min with an attack. (Accumulates up to 3 times)
● The Premium Skin ""Classic Iggy (Thunder)"" has been added.

● The Boss Match against ""Swimsuit Qiyou (Whirlwind)"" has been added.
- The event details will be announced in a separate notice.
3. Balancing
● Extreme Evolution Iggy (Thunder)'s balancing has been adjusted.
- MAX stats have been slightly decreased.
- The Passive Skill ""Target Weak Point"" has been changed.
> Previously: Increases Critical Damage and Reflexes by 40% with a Steal.
> Changed to: Increases the critical damage by 60% and reflexes by 40%.
● Elaine (Ardor)'s balancing has been adjusted.
- The Active Skill has been changed. (Lv. 5)
> Previously: [Target] Increases the damage that a designated enemy within the position receives by x% for 10 min
> Changed to: [Target] Increases the inflicted damage by x% and decreases the defense by x% of the designated enemy within the position for 10 min.
* The increase in inflicted damage will remain the same, but the decrease in defense will be reduced to 10%/15%/20% (Normal/Evolution/Extreme Evolution). (Lv. 5)
- The Passive Skill ""Critical Intuition"" has been changed.
> Critical Intuition: Increases the ally's attack power and critical rate by (15% -> 25%) for 5 min with an action. (Accumulates up to (3 -> 2) times)
● EA43 Haru (Thunder)'s balancing has been adjusted.
- The Passive Skill ""Quick Decision"" has been changed. (Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the action speed and reflexes within the position by 5% for 10 min with an action. (Accumulates up to 5 times)
> Changed to: Increases both the action speed and reflexes by 10% within the position for 10 min with an action or when being attacked. (Accumulates up to 3 times)
- The Passive Skill ""Quick Decision II"" has been changed (Lv. 5)

- The Passive Skill ""Reversed Cycle II"" has been changed. (Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the action speed by 75% and pass effects by 150% for 1 min when attacked
> Changed to: Increases the attack power by 20% and decreases the incoming damage by 20% of the allies within the position for 4 min when being attacked.
- The Passive Skill ""Good Cycle"" has been changed. (Lv. 5)
> Previously: Decreases the incoming damage by 20% and increases the attack power by 20% within the position for 4 min with a pass
> Changed to: Increases the pass effect by 100% and recovers the HP by 15% with a pass.

> Changed to: Increases the action speed by 25%, reflexes by 25%, and MAX HP by 30% of the Light players within the position.
- The Passive Skill ""Parasensory"" has been changed to ""Opportunity Revoked.""
> Parasensory: Recovers the action bar by 30% and spirit by 30% with an attack.
> Opportunity Revoked: Steals 15% of the action bar and 15% of the spirit from each target with an attack. (The stolen amount of the action bar can't exceed 80% of the action bar)
- The Passive Skill ""Parasensory II"" has been changed to ""Opportunity Revoked II.""
