Comparing the Renewed Draw System w/ the Current & the Past
Just doing a comparison of the upcoming, existing and past draw systems, to see if it has become better or worse?
Come share your thoughts too ^&)
The Facts:
● The Event Draw will be modified and a new draw method named Attribute Draw will be included.
● Renewed Event Draw - Weekdays: no specific bonus draw rate on any player, Weekends: a significant bonus will be given to the draw rate of certain characters (current system)
● Attribute Draw - Weekdays: draw players with the Attribute of the Elemental that appears in the Elemental Match of the day. Weekends: no Attribute Draw will be available.
● Legendary Players will not be available via Attribute Draws and the rate of getting 5★ players will be lower than the Event Draw.
● Free Draw and Premium Draw Tickets can only be used in Event Draws.
● Ensured Draw will be removed from the game and instead, a Season Mileage System will be added. (The progress rate for the Ensured Draw will be transferred to Season Mileage.)
● The progress rate for the Season Mileage will go up whenever you perform an Event Draw or Attribute Draw, regardless of acquiring a 5★ or higher player. You will be able to perform a guaranteed draw among the following categories according to the mileage you’ve accumulated: Season 1 5-6★ player, Season 1+2 5-6★ player, Season 2 5-6★ player.
● The mileage will be deducted when you perform the guaranteed draw.
● The mileage will also accumulate with Free Draws and Premium tickets. The current requirements are as follows: Season 1 5-6★ Player (requires 50 times), Season 1+2 5-6★ Player (requires 150 times), Season 2 5-6★ Player (requires 500 times)
The Old Draw System (Before May 15th 2015):
The Existing Draw System (Now):
*There were many updates/fixes from May 15th to now but we will just look at the final state now.
The Upcoming Draw System:
So have the draw system become better or worse?
From a P2P standpoint, the draw system has become more beneficial towards the developers over time from 2 aspects.
The Attribute Draw See-Saw
Conclusion?
The new change has reduced the chances of people getting season 2 players, in the sense of mileage.
Not much has changed, except mileage and the addition of attribute draws.
Now, the x3 drop rate rotation only works on weekends, so everyone can have their non x3 drop rate affected draws on the weekdays, which is what some players want also.
Overall, the draw system changes have had its pros and cons.

The Old Draw System (Before May 15th 2015):
- 40 draws for mileage to get a guaranteed 5~6*
Getting a 5~6* at any time do not reset the mileage bar - Attribute draws give 5~6* with reduced chance of getting a 5~6* compared to main event draw
Attribute draws available everyday.
Legendary players were available in attribute draws. - No increased drop rate x3 rotation of players
- Premium tickets, free draws do not count towards mileage
- Weekly Elemental Draw Boosts (Images Below)
The Existing Draw System (Now):
- 44 draws for mileage to get a guaranteed 5~6* season 1 & 2 players
Getting a 5~6* at any time resets the mileage bar - No Attribute draws
- Increased drop rate x3 rotation of players decided by Bigball
- Premium tickets, free draws count towards mileage
*There were many updates/fixes from May 15th to now but we will just look at the final state now.
The Upcoming Draw System:
- Mileage at 50 draws, 150 draws, 500 draws.
Getting 5~6* at any time do not reset the mileage bar.
Now we get a guaranteed Season 1 5~6* player on 50 draws mileage.
Now we get a guaranteed Season 1 & 2, 5~6* player on 150 draws mileage
Now we have the chance to obtain a guaranteed random S2 5~6* player with 500 draws mileage. - Attribute draws on weekdays, with the element same as the elemental match on that day.
Legendary players not available in attribute draws.
No x3 drop rate on weekdays, only on weekends;
So if you want to draw players on x3 rotation, you can do it only on weekends now. - Increased drop rate x3 rotation decided by Bigball
- Premium tickets, free draws count towards mileage
So have the draw system become better or worse?
From a P2P standpoint, the draw system has become more beneficial towards the developers over time from 2 aspects.
- Mileage from 40 draws needed > 44 draws needed > 50 draws needed now
From 40 to 44 > premium tickets and free draws have compensated for the increase BUT every 5* draw resets mileage bar
From 44 to 50 > 5* draw do not reset mileage bar while premium tickets and free draws continue to count towards it.
There seems to be some sort of compensation for the increase so its kind of balanced from this aspect - From another aspect, the mileage reward has deteriorated greatly.
From the past to now, the mileage reward has always been season 1 & 2, 5~6* player.
Now, for the same mileage reward, 150 draws mileage is required.
50 draws mileage will only nett you a season 1, 5~6* player.
So it is actually not an increase of 44 > 50 but 44 > 150.
It is a huge jump in the tilt in the developers' favor. - With the new system, legendary players are no longer available in attribute draws.
Compared with the old attribute draw system, legendary players were available in attribute draws..
This aspect is beneficial to the developers.
- It was removed, and now it is back.
- This was something that players wanted. So it was a good move.
- The draw rate is same as the old system, with reduced drop rate of 5* for an attribute draw.
