Currently, we have 2 interpretations of how the club match MIGHT work.

Club Match Mechanics:
- The 6th team formation slot will now be available. This formation will be a Club Match exclusive formation.
- To participate in a Club Match, you will need a new currency called “Club Balls”, and 1 will be recharged every 12 hours.
You can also recharge Club Balls with crystals. - A Club Match is a 5v5 match where you and 4 other Club Members go against 5 users of an opposing Club.
Please note that there will be a cooldown period for each Club Member. - You may play in auto or manual mode.
However your opponents of the Club Match will be played by AI. (Same method as the Galaxy Arena) - The winning condition of the Club Match is to defeat all 5 players of the opposing team.
The winner will enter the next match with the HP status and active skill cooldowns from the previous match. - The matches will automatically have the weather effect, Abnormal Gravity.
The Club Owner may additionally set the weather as one of the following; Soul Grave, Rainy Weather, and Piercing Wind. - Each season of Club Matches will last 6 weeks and will also have a 2 week pre-season.
Interpretation #1
- 5 club members enter the club match and you need everyone's help to kill 5 opposing enemies teams.
- Each club ball allows one to play against unlimited opposing teams until you lose since the HP/status/actives CD carry over towards next match.
- Each club member needs to participate and contribute to finish the game.
Implications?
- Based on (2), one is only able to do 2 club match per day. 12 hours CD.
Based on (5), one club ball will allow you to participate in unlimited amount of matches against the opposing team until you lose.
However, the HP/Actives CD/Statuses of all players carry on to the next match.
So your team is weaker as the matches go on.
Alternatively, it could also be one club ball per match. We still do not know the exact details. - Based on (3), you will go into a club match with 4 members who are not on cooldown.
And after you participate in a 5v5 club match, you will be on cooldown before you can participate in next 5v5 club match.
However, you can refill club balls to keep trying to beat the opposing team members within a 5v5 club match. - Manual mode, would make it easier but with the carry-on effect, it prevents a person from solo-ing all the matches.
For example, if you used assist active in the previous match, you probably wont be able to use it in the next match. - Based on (7), the whole club match system is very likely to be like the galaxy league system, 6 weeks duration and 2 weeks preseason.
But you need to beat ALL opposing team members to win a club match to gain 'league points'
So when a certain number of points are gathered, you move on to the next league tier and is matched with stronger clubs. - Eternal Loss Loop?
If no one from your club can beat the opposing team players, what happens?
Do we get stuck in the match indefinitely? When does the 5v5 match ends?
Based on (3), it can be inferred after your cooldown period ends, you should be able to abandon the current match and start a new club match with 4 other club mates.
- Best Weather Choice?
It should be Piercing Wind where we can revert to the very old school zombie backline.
We can also active heal before we end a match with a normal shot and have the assist active pass off cooldown.
What does it mean for a club?
- Quality > Quantity of players
Strong players are important.
In a club match, you need to have ONE strong player that can beat everyone on opposing team to be able to complete the match
If you are one strong player with 4 weak players, then you might have to take on all opposing teams yourself.
This will take 2.5 days, assuming no crystals refills & only defeating one opposing team at a time.
If there is someone from opposing team that no one in your team can beat, then the club match would be an auto loss.
Because even if you could beat 4 out of 5 opposing team, the winning condition is to defeat ALL 5 opposing teams. - Active players are important.
The club should have active members that log in 2~3 times per day.
Because one person only gets 2 club balls per day but there are 5 enemies to kill.
A person probably cannot defeat all opposing enemies alone, with 2 club balls.
So if you participate in a club match with inactive members, you will have to solo all the opposing teams.
This can take very long to complete.
Interpretation #2 (By arya02220 )
- You enter a 5v5 PvP manual mode club match with 4 club mates.
- However, you control all the 5 teams and each club ball allow you to use all 5 teams and play against opposing teams.
- So basically, its a one person game. The only difference is, you get to control your clubmates' teams.
- This is very possible also because the 'cooldown' will simply be like a friend ace cooldown.
- Also Arya02220 pointed out that a 2-weather system may be implemented instead of a one weather system.
Implications?
- This would mean that a club only needs to have 3 or more very strong members that other members can select for club matches.
So you will definitely select the strongest 3 or 4 club members everytime you enter a 5v5 club match. - This interpretation fits closely to the description that any new players can use end-game clubmates team to enjoy the club matches too.
"We didn’t want this to be a high-end content that only a limited number of users would play." - Best Weather Choice?
Under a 2 weather system, Rainy Weather will be the best since the original weather already nerfed heal.
You can then run reflex debuff totem with the weather nerfing the effectiveness enemy reflex buff totems.
