I've been playing for a long time, went on hiatus and now I'm back. I need some guidance on what to prioritize. I play like 3 - 6 times per day depending on how toxic work is =)

1. how to proceed, next steps (if i should prioritize scouting, evolving, stones collecting, etc)
2. who to use in CoD and PVP teams

Help!

For starters, new players always strengthen Striker > GK > Assist.

Goal: Try to get the highest rewards possible from CoD & League

For endgame formation, your legend is Jin. so it will require a huge amount of luck/effort to get meta-beth mids So you can try to go for the standard kiki - magnus - miho - kevin backline for Jin. For Jin, Kiki is a must scout. You can also run the standard WW mid, Meiran - Neraizel - Khirel/Enthia/V.bird to counter meta mids.

Now you should focus on fsuperbing your assist striker, which will allow you to OHKO all the way in CoD to top 1%.
For sharr users, you have to try to draw Elaine when she is on x3 rotation.
Silla Elaine Sharr should allow you to OHKO all the way to CoD 38.

Evolve Sammy, Cynthia, Mariel asap
You need more HP totem for Jin. Try putting HP totems to the back (mariel, cassiel etc)

Combine uniques for striker>assist first.
Teranox Blood for Sharr, Prey Sentence for Silla.

Take note of Lucy (manager/sponsor) in scout. Scout her when you see her.

You have to understand that Beatrice is weaker in PvE but she can OHKO in PvP.

Sharr is stronger in PvE but its harder for Sharr to OHKO in PvP.

So each have their own advantages.

You have to make a choice early. You will not get to the point which you could switch at whim because its 9600 GP to max superb one striker.

Thats about 3 weeks of GP farming or more if you are a casual player.

So you need to focus on one striker, one goalkeeper, one assist.

This is the proven path to achieve the best possible PvE, PvP rewards in the shortest amount of time.

Diversifying your resources will do you no good and lead you nowhere.

Sammy and Cynthia are mainly PvE players. You place them in their totem position or backline (for Sammy).

They are not really used for PvP. Cynthia only used in PvP for mono thunder which you are not. You are more of mono WW or WW hybrid.

Thanks for your inputs. I just drew Death Queen and Neraizel.

1. As Mime said, should i start developing the Meiran / Enthia / Neraizel midline then? my modified midline is Sammy Cynthia Meiran
2. If my modified backline is Kevin Zibroi Mariel with a Jin GK for PVE, anywhere else I should be squeezing Cynthia or Sammy in then?
3. PVP - should I replace Zibroi with Kei for crit debuff or should I stack HP by putting Cassiel?
4. Guin's Gather 2 adds pen power and crit dmg for frontline, Veronica however increases crit rate, reflex and debuffs defense. Virgil decreases HP by 30%. Who's the better pick while I'm waiting for Elaine?

(I think that Neraizel drew just drew me closer to a hybrid WW team too...)

4. It depends if your sharr can crit. if your sharr can crit, guin is better. if your sharr cant crit, veron is better. virgil not very useful at frontline. Check the enemy team gk crit resist to see if your sharr can crit against their gk.

First, I want to tell you, you can get to diamond league PvP easily if you have an Ignition Catalyst assist.
It will be OHKO all the way until platinum with a fspu sharr and your frontline. To diamond will be a lil harder but its possible.

Main reason is, they have nerfed PvP league up to Diamond.
The highest rating team that you will face in platinum now is S rating and mostly AAA teams (no more SSS).
In gold, also AAA and AA teams. PvP is very easy now.
What you need now is to try to combine an IC and scout an IC assist (Renee, Nari, Luka).
What you need is simply a fast midline to get the ball to the front to your IC assist.

This is not an endgame formation but its a quick fix.

Cynthia - Dale - Kiki mid

I see that you have worked on your Sharr to fspu which is good.

Zibroi is mainly for PvE, he does not perform differently from jin in PvP. Both gets 2HKO.

CoD and PvP rewards are not as good as CoT.
You should focus on CoT. To do CoT,

Stage 1-2 can be done easily with any team. 2-7 to 2-10 needs 4* team which you should be building already.
3-1 to 3-9 can also be done easily.

What you need is a broad base of players. Nerua, Lynia, Yuri, Meiran, Jeunese, Luka.

So for now, try to scout an IC assist and combine an IC for PvP.
You should be able to reach platinum with no problem as you will OHKO all the way.

Next, try to do CoT and see where your limit is at.
Ask here if you need help.
Keep your littres and meras for the players that you will need for CoT 35 clears.
