In the next update, 1.23.0, we will be adjusting the total rate to 5.6%.

There were two problems: 1) The 44th drop counter reset when the player exited the game, and 2) The counter did not reset even if a 5* dropped.
The problem was fixed along with compensation on May 22nd for players who did not receive a 5* with the system.
However, we had made an elementary mistake with the system. We were too focused on fixing only the bug, such that the rates of the hidden Mileage was lowered in the process, and thereby causing the issue of the total drop rate being lowered in the process.
Only recently we have found that there was an issue with the drop rates, and we sincerely apologize to our playerbase. We deeply regret overlooking and mishandling what is the most critical part of the game. From here on, we will never patch the drop rates without an announcement, and we will make sure that a mistake like this is not repeated again.
