1. Character
● New Player “Armel” (Dark) has been added to the draw,
- Skill Set (Based on Evolved version)
> (Ace) Consideration of Pain: Increases the Attack Power by 40% and Penetration by 30% of Dark players.
> (Active) Sadistic Eyes II: [Target] Designates an enemy within the position to deal 0.2% HP as damage every 12 seconds and increase the damage that the target receives by 20% for 10 min.
> (Passive 1) Eruption of Lust: Increases the Reflex by 15% and Critical Rate by 15% of the allies within the position for 10 min. with an action. (Accumulates up to 3 times)
> (Passive 2) A Thousand Shades of Torture II: Increases the Penetration by 20% and Action Speed by 20% of the allies within the position.
> (Passive 3) New World: Decreases the incoming damage by 30% with a steal or when being attacked. (Recovers 20% HP first)
* Developer’s Comment: We wanted to add in a Dark attacker that can add in some momentum in the offences line. We aimed for a player that can show synergy with Vitos and Ravian, rather than Lucid. We can’t wait to see what you think about her Active Skill.
● Superb Boss “Thor” (Thunder) has been added to the game.
- Skill Set (Based on Evolved version)
> (Ace) Expected Lightning: Increases the Pass Effect by 40% and Action Speed by 20% of the Leader and Assister.
> (Active) Sudden Thunder II: [Strategy] Decreases the Action Speed by 10% and Defense by 5% of the enemy team for 15 min. (Accumulates up to 3 times)
> (Passive 1) Service of the Last Heaven: Increases the Reflex of the Assisters within the ally team by 20% and always starts the match at 5% action bar. (Added to the action bar bonus given at the start of the match)
> (Passive 2) Thorough Service II: Increases Counterattack Resistance of the ally Team Leader and Striker by 10% and decreases the incoming damage by 15%.
> (Passive 3) Soul Guidance: Recovers 30% of the lost HP first and increases the Reflex by 30%.
* Developer’s Comment: Thor is the first Superb Boss to be added in quite some time. We wanted to design her to be different from Aslan (Whirlwind), which is an opposing character. We wish her addition would cause a change in the current meta.
● Extreme Evolution “Aiolos” (Whirlwind) has been added to the game.
- The Passive Skill “Fate of the Immortal” will be replaced with “Natural-born Talent” at Extreme Evolution. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Fate of the Immortal: Recovers 10% of the HP that the allies within the position lost every 3 min and increases the Attack Power by 7.5%.
> Natural-born Talent: Recovers 15% of the lost HP and 10% of the Action Bar, and increases the attack power by 12% of the allies within the position every 3 min. (The recovered action bar will not go over 80%)
* Developer’s Comment: Aiolos has finally regained her dragon form. We’ll see how this natural-born leader will do among the Whirlwind players. We tried to keep her defensive ability in check while increasing her utility a bit.
● Extreme Evolution “EA43 Haru” (Thunder) has been added to the game.
- The Passive Skill “Balanced Stance” will be replaced with “Rahman's Legacy” at Extreme Evolution. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Balanced Stance: Increases the Critical Rate by 30% and decreases the incoming damage by 30%.
> Rahman’s Legacy: Increases the Critical Rate by 35% and Action Speed by 50%, and decreases the incoming damage by 30%.
* Developer’s Comment: At last, the Extreme Evolution version has been added for Haru. We wish that she’d prove herself on the field as soon as possible, as her Extreme Evolution was very much delayed. To clarify, she doesn’t have personal connections with Felix.
● The Elemental Children have been added to the game. These are the minions (total of 4) for the Elise Boss Match. More information will be available via the event notice.

● The characters available in the Weekend Event Draw will be changed.
- The following characters will have a greatly increased chance of being drawn in the Weekend Event Draw during Jan. 27th - Jan. 29th.
> Death Queen (Ardor), Iggy (Thunder), Irru (Whirlwind), Muspel (Light), Armel (Dark), Vonchi (Light, Legendary), Aiolos (Whirlwind Legendary)
- The following characters will have a greatly increased chance of being drawn in the Weekend Event Draw during Feb. 3rd - Feb. 5th.
> Kyoko (Ardor), Freyja (Thunder), Evylin (Whirlwind), Chitose (Light), Orses (Dark), Serestia (Dark, Legendary), Jiho (Ardor, Legendary)
2. Feature
● Superb Boss Match against “Thor” (Thunder) has been added to the game. More information will be available via the event notice.
● The Boss Match and Minion Match against “Elise” (Ardor) will be added to the game. More information will be available via the event notice.
● New Event Matches will be added to the game. More Information will be available via the event notice.
● “Damien” (Dark) has been changed to a Classic Star. You can acquire this player from the Scout, Draw, Mileage Stage 1, Classic Star Pick Ticket, and Classic Star Box.
● Some feature improvements have been made to the Galaxy Live Beta.
- The time it takes for the pop-up to close after a match has been requested has been changed to 5 sec.
- A message will be sent to the opponent to wait if you tap the wait button.
- The wait time in matches will be changed to 8 sec.
- Now users will not be able to put 2 of the same Players in the field at once.
- Now users can choose to forfeit their ban chance.
- Now you will be able to see the emoticons during skill animations.
* Developer’s Comment: We’re keeping a close eye on the forums to see if there are good ideas to improve the Galaxy Live. We’ll continue to listen so keep posting good ideas!
● If a Player, whose Character Chain has been unlocked, is no longer in your possession because it has been sold, used for Special Training, or so on, then a message that indicates that it is not in your possession will be displayed in the thumbnail.
● Now a notification will be sent in chat when you acquire a Unique Spirit Stone from the Scout.
● User convenience has been improved for the Material Cards at the Formation and Special Training menu.
● The images of the characters that appear in the Teamwork events have been improved.
● The AI for Block, Power-up, Shield, and Forward Pass Skills has been improved.
● Active Skills (Penetration, Steal, and Shooting Skills) that possess accumulating skill effects and are bound to certain conditions will be displayed differently.
● Now you will be able to cancel the target for Forward Passes and Long Passes.
* Developer’s Comment: This change was way overdue. We’re very sorry for this.,
● The Teamwork feature now supports Spanish.
* Developer’s Comment: This is another way overdue change. We thank the Spanish users for being so patient.
3. Balancing
● The Active Skills of Utility Shooters have been modified.
- The accumulating type Active Skills of Utility Shooters will now only apply to Active Shooting Skills.
- Subject: Bora (Ardor), Kirin (Whirlwind), Irru (Whirlwind), MX82 Vann (Thunder), Blade (Thunder), Vonchi (Light), Latios (Light), Ravian (Dark)
* Developer’s Comment: As mentioned before, Active Skills with accumulating effects is a very cool feature, but it was never in our intention for the Strikers to benefit from the accumulated effects. This change has been made to solve a few known issues.
● “Khirel” (Whirlwind) has been balanced.
- The Passive Skill “Song of Knife” has been redesigned. (Based on Evolved version).
> Previously: When being attacked or Penetrating, the target receives 50% increased damage.
> Changed to: Increases the damage that the target receives by 50% and steals 30% of the attack power when being attacked or with a penetration.
* Based on clause 3-1 of the Recall Policy, Khirel will not be subject for recall.
* Developer’s Comment: Khirel is a charming character, but he was only good for limited situations. We increased his attack and survivability to make him different from Duke and Shu.
● “Anael” (Light) has been balanced.
- The Passive Skill “Judgement Day” has been redesigned. (Based on Evolved version)
> Previously: Increases Attack Power by 25% and Counterattack Resistance by 20% within the position
> Changed to: Increases the Defense by 30% and Counterattack Resistance by 20% of the allies within the position.
- The Passive Skill “Holy Punishment“ has been balanced.
> Previously: Increases Attack Power, Critical Rate, and Reflex by 30% with an attack
> Changed to: Increases the Attack Power by 40%, Action Speed by 30% and Critical Rate by 30%.
* Developer’s Comment: Anael is a decent player for the defense line, but as time passed, better players have been released and she now spends more time on the bench. We made these changes for there to be more options in the Light defense line.
On a side note, we've decided to postpone the balancing regarding Players with Spirit generating skills because we've come across a few more factors that need consideration. Also, we will continue to carry out balancing work for 5★ players, so please stay tuned.
● Korean Selena has been balanced.
- The Passive Skill “Wish for Peace” has been redesigned. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the EXP and Gold Reward from matches by 20%
> Changed to: You gain 20% more Gold when you win. Also, you have a 10% chance to additionally get a player or Spirit Stone.
● Korean Eve has been balanced.
- Korean Eve has been modified from being a Trainer to a Scouter. Please note that all Korean Eves currently equipped will be unequipped.
4. Bug Fixes
● Fixed the issue of Shu (Ardor)’s Passive Skill “Effloresce” activating even after Shu moves lines.
* Developer’s Comment: This is a bug fix, but we apologize for the fact that Shu users may accept this as a nerf.
● Fixed the issue of the Emoticon UI overlapping with other UIs at the Galaxy Live Beta.
● Fixed the issue of the HP bar and cut scene being displayed abnormally at the Galaxy Live Beta.
● Fixed the issue with Player locations when trying to relocate Player at the Ban mode.
● Fixed the issue of a pop-up asking if you’re going to close the game showing up when you tap the back key at the Galaxy Live Beta.
● [iOS] Fixed the issue of the game closing when trying to reset the Teamwork status while playing the Galaxy Live Beta.
● [iOS] Fixed the issue of being able to reset the Teamwork status while playing the Galaxy Live Beta.
● Fixed the issue of users not being able to enter the Galaxy Live Beta from time to time.

● Fixed the issue of the EXP Boost UI remaining when moving servers.
● Modified the skill icon of Baltheon (Dark)’s Active skill.
● [iOS] Fixed the issue that occurs when resetting the list at the Galaxy Arena.
● Fixed the issue of Battle Balls disappearing from time to time.
