Question: Can you explain what blood codes are?
Answer: Please refer to the provided chart.

Question: What was BB's inspiration to create Soccer Spirits?
Answer: We wanted to create a game that would be the first to combine a soccer theme with CCG elements. We decided on an approach that used the 2D anime style to ease users into the soccer concept, so even if you are not familiar with soccer, it can be a game that is enjoyable even on-the-go.

Question: Do the developers have a favorite unit or skin? Let’s hear from each!
Answer: Haha, we love all of them. As they’re all our creations.
Nickname: NotSorry
Question: What’s the best part about creating new players for the game? What’s the most difficult part?
Answer: What takes most of our attention is the utilization and balancing of players. Ideally the new player can be enjoyed by as many users as possible, but not everyone can be satisfied due to how varied teams can be. In terms of overall performance, we use numerical balancing to give the new player a skill set that is useable in the current meta and is fair across all match levels. We're aware that newer players tend to have skills with effects and values that are more desired, and are working to adjust the balancing of existing players.
The hardest part is trying to mantain balance between newer players and existing players given how long Soccer Spirits has been running (and how big the roster is). With consideration to player relationships with each other and their roles in the story, we want a balance where all players have a place in the Soccer Spirits universe.

Question: Now that all of the attributes have a legend in each role, what’s next?
Answer: With the addition of Queen and Raphaela, we now have legends that fill every role for each attribute. But legends are a crucial piece that drives the story and game meta of Soccer Spirits, and I feel their additions are something both we as developers and the users look forward to. Our plan is to continue adding in more legends, with the goal of providing a unique and fun presence that does not overlap with existing legends.

Question: Is it possible to see the addition of Extreme Evolutions to 4★ players? If not, then at least some way to make them unique and viable. It would be really nice to see some love for the more underappreciated players and give more incentives for people to use players outside of 5★ and legends.
Answer: (To be answered in a further question.)

Question: Will we ever get an anime out of this game? It would be so amazing!
Answer: We have always wanted to expand on the IP of Soccer Spirits with various mediums, including an anime. However, our focus has been and still remains to be with the game itself. There is just so much we still want to do and haven't yet.

Question: Can you add a sorting filter option to the new storage function?
Answer: We'll discuss among the team any plans to expand on the storage feature.
Nickname: Avalon
Question: Are you going to have more Live2D skins?
Answer: Yes, it'll be coming soon. We'll tell you more in a future developer's note.

Question: Will 4★ and lower players ever be buffed to become more usable in PvE and PvP content?
Answer: We admit it is rather difficult to create environments in which 3-4★ can be utilized. There are various reasons why they do not have Exteme Evolutions, but if we're being honest, we uphold the view that the direction of Soccer Spirits is centered around 5★ and Legendary players. In order to address the needs of users (who have expectations/desires of what players and skillsets they want to see), we are putting our focus there. We know that some of the requirements in the Colosseum of Trials can be a "stress environment" for 3-4★ players, but have no plans to expand on this any further.

Question: Are there any plans to make the easy CoT stages (1-3★) quicker to complete? Something like an auto system that loads your saved deck in the cloud and go through the matches automatically?
Answer: We feel that it is on us to have appropriate level design, so the 1-to-3 stages are meant to be easy in terms of progression. We apologize that this content ends up as being cumbersome to some users.
We try to provide new experiences to the Colosseum of Trials by "rebuilding" them every major update, but tend to not touch the low-level stages with consideration to new and returning users. We'll consider the possibility of rebuilding the lower stages as well, or if having a skipping feature is possible.

Question: Some recent Legendary players have had unique animations/effects on their actives (Garriott and Queen) that look really nice! Have you considered adding in more animations to active skills for other Legends or Players?
Answer: We are currently working on putting more effort into legendary players both in terms of performance and visual effects. When it's ready, we'll let you know via developer's note. You can consider the recently added Queen and her effects as a part of it. (We're glad you like it.)

Question: Are there plans to improve Galaxy Live PvP by creating a draft mode similar to Summoners War Live PvP format. Essentially, each unit would be unique and on 1 team only. For example, if the opponent picks Ein, you can't draft Ein.
Answer: This seems like a good idea that can add a new take on the mode. However, please keep in mind Soccer Spirits is a game of both strategy and the appeal of collecting characters to invest in and see their performance. With this kind of limitation, we think it will restrict users from being at full power and showcasing the fruits of their labor. We worry that users will feel dejected if their favorite players are taken away. (And we're aware users can build entire teams around certain players.)
It’s not the best example, but regular bans have made Galaxy Live and Club mode fairly challenging already. (Of course, these modes are meant to be geared toward end-game and are supposed to be a bigger hurdle to take on.) We know that if one's favorite players cannot be used, a lot of motivation is lost.

Question: How can I beat whales?
Answer: We're sorry we cannot come up with a direct solution to implement; it's just difficult for latecomers to catch up with veteran players and those who have played from the start -- and this is not just for Soccer Spirits but most games as well. In Soccer Spirits, it's especially difficult due to the systems to invest in players and build teams. Throughout 2018 we've tried to gear our updates to ease the progression for new and returning users, hopefully to good effect. We will continue to add things so that these users can maintain a smooth progression. We hope that you can enjoy the game properly.
(General Advice)
Rather than raising players unconditionally, we suggest to focus on players that have use in PvE. There are some players who offer the best performance (especially in PvP). However, it can be like investing in stocks, and these players are subject to rise and fall at the mercy of the meta. On the other hand, there are a lot of players who might not be the most efficient, but have a steady performance in certain modes. Silla, Milky Way, Linmay and others, for example, can be used in Colosseum of Trials. It's more stable to invest in these players, and when done properly, can enable you to push further. Getting the rewards from clearing Colosseum of Trials will naturally make you stronger.

Question: Is there any way for us to view the full artwork of the players in the game? As in, not cropped.
Answer: We’ll look into more opportunities to showcase full artwork via our Facebook and Developer’s Note.
